There is no better way to start your day off right than to be guided by the word of God.  Beginning your day in the word, is the best way to have a great day.

      One of my favorite Bible verses is, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33).

    Proverbs 3:5-6
    “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make your path straight.” NIV

    This verse has become my “carpé diem” (Seize the day.) In this world of uncertainty, this is the only thing we can hold on to, “trusting in the Lord.” I pray this every morning, having the faith that God will direct my path, no matter what the world brings to me that day, that I can trust in Him, and lean on him when things around me may not be Him, yet I know He is there, acknowledging that He is for me, even when the world may not be…brothers and sisters-in-Christ, will you join with me in this prayer every morning…be blessed…xx

    I love this scripture, it keeps me focused on good things
    in my day and be able to pray for the challenges and submit them to God who is all powerful and able to change any situation. Phillipians 4vs 8, Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

    I praise my Lord Jesus for He has made me glad! Each morning He gently awakens me to brand new mercies. My Saviour and Lord, Jesus has put songs in my heart and praises on my lips, and I lift them all unto Him. Jesus is the lifter of my head and the lover of my soul, and I give Him all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise. In Jesus Name. My favorite Scripture comes from: Psalm 150:1-5. “Praise ye the Lord. Praise Him in His Sanctuary. Praise Him in the firmament of His power….”
