I wrote about why we use credit cards and all the ridiculous amount of free travel (hotels and flights) that we have gotten solely from credit card points.
But this post is specifically about my favorite credit card of all-time for anyone who has a business and purchases advertising.
So if you run ads on Facebook, Google, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc. you need to pay attention!
Chase Ink Business Preferred Card
It is a relatively new card and it is called the Chase Ink Business Preferred card.
I opened one about 18 months ago on a friend’s recommendation and it has been nothing short of amazing for us.

3x points on online advertising!
When I saw that I simply couldn’t believe it.
For years we had been earning 1 point per dollar spend on all our business purchases (including advertising) and I was tickled with all the points we were racking up.
But when they released this card and wanted to basically give us triple the number of points for the same amount of purchases, I ran to sign up as soon as I could!
Since we have signed up, this is what we have been seeing as a result…

80k point sign-up bonus
As if the 3x wasn’t good enough, we also got an extra 80k points just for signing up and spending 5k in the first 3 months. With our regular advertising spend, that was pretty easy to do.
At the time of this writing, they are running that promo again.
Lucky you!

Hi! Thank you for the recommendation. Is this still your recommendation on best business credit card? If so, do you get any rewards for referring us? I would like to make sure you get what you should get for sharing this with us!
Thank you!
Hey Kati, it isn’t a fair statement to call it the “best business credit card” because it depends on your particular business needs and goals, but if you are doing any online advertising with your business and want the most lucrative travel rewards, this is the best business card I have found for that! As far as commissions, unfortunately we aren’t an affiliate partner with Chase (they only select a small handful of partners) but we work with another ad network, so it would still help us pay the bills if you use click the link in the article if you decide to open a credit card. Thanks for your support!
Hi Bob,
I recently found out that Chase, Wells Fargo, Wachovia and Bank of America was involved in funding slavery. So I wanted to know your opinion on it since you are recommending Chase credit cards.
I haven’t heard that Danielle – can you give me some links to check out?
